The Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) is a global technology event held in Barcelona since 2011. It focuses on the smart cities industry and improving the quality of life of citizens through technology. The event brings together the world’s leading companies, thought leaders and decision makers to explore the future of cities.

It is predicted that by 2025 one third of all major cities will be smart cities. This event is an opportunity to learn how these cities are being built and what they could offer in the future.

The 2023 edition of SCEWC will be held between Tuesday 7 and Thursday 9 November.

The congress will take place at the Fira de Barcelona – Gran Via exhibition centre, which is located between Barcelona and L’Hospitalet del Llobregat.
