Gamergy: Tournaments, tickets and how to get there

Gamergy is an international event dedicated to video games, esports and digital culture. It has an online, a virtual and a live phase that takes place in Madrid (Spain), organised by IFEMA and GGTech. Amazon Gamergy is one of the most important e-Sports events in Europe and features tournaments, exhibitions and many other activities related to video games. It was created to provide a space for the best gamers in the world to compete and share their passion with the public.

When does Gamergy take place?

The on-site phase will start on Friday 15 December and will end on Sunday 17 December.

Amazon Gamergy takes place at IFEMA venue, in Madrid.

What can you do at Gamergy?

Gamergy has a wide variety of activities. Among the most important events are the LVP (Liga de Videojuegos Profesional) finals, in which professional gamers will compete in several different games.

On the other hand, at the event there will be different stands where you will be able to find the latest gaming products. In addition, visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy exhibitions of top teams, concerts and cosplay contests. There will be several guests and streaming stars at the event.

Tournaments

In this edition of Gamergy, the winners of the Valorant Spike Nations EMEA, an international competition organised by GGTech Entertainment with the support of Riot Games, will be announced.

The event offers a variety of activities for all attendees: Gamergy Open, open to the wide amateur community; Gamergy Original Series, where one can enjoy, participate, and win alongside prominent content creators; and Gamergy Masters, professional tournaments that offer participants the chance to attend the in-person event.

Gamergy stands out as an event where attendees can play the most popular games of the moment. Several tournaments will be held for prominent titles such as Rocket League, eFootball, Tekken, Clash Royale, Valorant, League of Legends, and Marvel Snap.

Streamers

It has not yet been confirmed which streamers will attend the 2023 edition of Gamergy. In the previous edition, some like Ibai Llanos, Abby, Attila, or aXoZer were present.

How to get to Gamergy

Gamergy tickets

You can buy Gamergy tickets on the official IFEMA website. If you want to go without any problems, the best thing to do is to buy your tickets in advance. The different types of tickets are:

  • Friday ticket as public: Ticket for Friday from 16:00 to 21:00 as public from €14.
  • Friday ticket as professional: Ticket for Friday from 10:00 to 21:00 from €20.
  • Day ticket for saturday or sunday: For access to the site from 10:00 to 21:00, costs from €20.
  • 3 Day Pass: You will have access to the 3 days of the festival from 10:00 to 21:00 for a price from €38.
  • Premium 3-Day Pass: Same as above, but with more features for €185.

In addition, there are some promotions such as 5 full passes for €170 and day tickets for €12 for groups of at least 20 people.
