In this article we provide you with a lot of useful information on how to get from Alicante to Denia. We tell you which are the best options, as well as their duration and price.

How to get from Alicante to Denia

There are several ways to get from Alicante to Denia. Below we explain in detail the three best options available: taxi, TRAM and bus.

Taxi

It is the fastest option, but also the most expensive. If you want to travel with all the comforts and lose as little time as possible on your trip, this is the best option for you. On our website you can book your transfer from Alicante to Denia from 110€. In about an hour you will arrive at your destination.

TRAM

The metropolitan TRAM of Alicante is a tram that goes to some of the towns of the province, so you can use it perfectly to go from Alicante to Denia. This alternative has two disadvantages: the first one is that you have to take two trams, the L1 line at Luceros that takes you to Benidorm and then the L9 line to get to Denia. The second drawback is the duration, as it can take about 3 hours to complete the journey (1h and 10 min the first tram and 1h 40m the second one). However, it is the cheapest option (2,80€ each ticket, 5,60€ in total) and, in addition, during the trip you can enjoy the views of the Costa Blanca. The TRAM service starts at 5:40 and ends at 22:00 at night.

Bus

The bus is another good option to get to Denia from Alicante. Unlike the tram, it is not necessary to make transfers, you just have to take one bus so it is a more comfortable option. But the ticket costs 11,85€, so it is a bit more expensive than the previous method. And also, depending on the itinerary, it can take more than 3 hours to get to your destination, so make sure you choose a bus that goes directly to Denia. The first one leaves at 11:00 and the last one at 19:35.
